Senator Kristin Phillips-Hill formally introduced Senate Bill 234, Victoria’s Law, with local and state stakeholders. Victoria’s Law would prohibit the sale of dogs, cats, and rabbits in pet stores throughout Pennsylvania, unless sourced from shelters and rescues. Read more here.
